REFUND POLICY

In some cases items just don't work out thats why you have 14 days of receiving your item(s) to send your unworn merchandise back! We’ll help you get started! 

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Returns can be requested through your customer account and a shipping label will be provided and the label cost deducted from your refund.

Excluding final sale items, any product that is unused and unwashed, in its original packaging with original tags, and has been delivered within the last 14 days is eligible for a return or exchange. Any items with hair or fur, odors, or other stains will not be accepted.

Please inspect your item when you receive it as returns that don’t follow these guidelines won’t be accepted. Once we receive an eligible return, your return/exchange will be processed following inspection.

If item is found to not be returnable the items will be shipped back and no refunds will be issued, including shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product appears to have been worn or damaged by the customer. 

To return your item, you can ship it at your local post office. Ensure your order number is enclosed so the refund is issued to the correct customer.

If a package is received with insufficient postage, the amount due will be deducted from the refund total. We are not responsible for any lost returned packages and we highly recommend keeping your tracking number and purchasing insurance.

We do not currently offer international orders.

FINAL SALE POLICY

All sale items are final sale. Sales include but are not limited to flash sales, coupon codes, PopUp shops and markets. Any purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped through DHL and USPS. Transit Times:

Economy Shipping - Delivers within 3-8 business days, $5 flat rate shipping

Priority Shipping - Delivers within 2-5 business days (orders placed before 2pm MT ship same day, orders placed after 2 pm MT ship the next business day).

Express Shipping - Delivers within 1-2 business days (orders placed before 2pm MT ship same day, orders placed after 2 pm MT ship the next business day).

*Delivery times are not guaranteed and do not include order processing.

 

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Shipping Protection is an affordable guarantee that if your package doesn’t make it to you or is damaged during transit, you will be fully compensated. You have the option to remove the shipping protection by de-selecting the check box located on the order summary. Please note; orders that have opted out of shipping protection do not qualify for compensation for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order in excellent condition; however, we recognize that incidents happen and errors occur during the shipping and delivery process. That is why we offer shipping protection! We hope this process is easy and helpful for you!

Our shipping protection helps us protect you from uncontrollable factors during the shipping process. Orders that qualify for shipping protection will be able to choose this service at checkout! You have the option to remove the shipping protection by de-selecting the check box located on the order summary. Please note; orders that have opted out of shipping protection do not qualify for compensation for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Claims for all damaged, lost, and stolen packages must be reported within 10 business days from when the tracking states "delivered" or from the last time the tracking updated. If the customer wishes to submit a claim, they need to wait 5 business days (which leaves a 5 business day window for us to compensate them). Please note that original shipping charges are ineligible for a refund.

What to do when your order is lost or stolen:

  1. For lost or stolen packages, please check your front and back porch, side door, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to ensure the package is not hiding. Ask your neighbors if they might have received it for you.
  2. Please wait 5 business days from when your tracking says delivered before taking action. Our customers have typically seen their packages appear during this time period.
  3. If you are still unable to locate your package after following the above steps, please fill out this Contact Us form. Include your order number, zip code and state that you would like to file a "shipping protection" claim. 
  4. After you have submitted the form keep an eye out for an email from a customer success representative, they will help compensate you.

  GENERAL SHIPPING PROTECTION POLICIES

- How long do I have to make a shipping protection claim?

Claims for all damaged, lost, and stolen packages must be reported within 10 business days from when the tracking states "delivered" or from the last time the tracking number was updated. Please note that original shipping charges are ineligible for a refund.

- What does shipping protection cover? 

Shipping protection covers lost, stolen or damaged packages.

- What if I no longer want shipping protection?

If you no longer want to purchase the protection and your order has not yet been fulfilled, Drip Floats will refund the shipping protection fee. However, once the protection has been removed, Drip Floats will no longer be able to cover any claims on your package if it is lost, stolen or damaged.

Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to remove and refund the shipping protection.

- What if the address is wrong on my order?

If your shipping address was entered incorrectly during the checkout process and the package has been shipped, Drip Floats cannot cover any claims on the package if it is lost, stolen, damaged or mis-delivered.

If the package has not been shipped, contact us immediately at hello@dripfloats.com with the subject line: URGENT SHIPPING CHANGE. Please include your order number and correct shipping address in the body of the email.

OVERSOLD ITEMS

In the event that the item you purchased was oversold, our team will contact you in order to refund or replace the item.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
We stand behind our products 100% and have an amazing quality control team working hard to ensure the highest quality possible!  However, there are some rare cases where a faulty item slips through.

We will allow returns on any items that have manufacturing defects for 45 days from the date of purchase.

Not covered under warranty (non-returnable, no exceptions)
  • Untrimmed excess thread (trim with sharp scissors, do not pull)
  • Wrinkling/Creasing (remove with gentle washing or steam on low) 
  • Normal wear and tear (wear holes, pilling, snags on fabric)
  • Items that have been modified or personalized
  • Accidental damage (washing machine, torn, melted, ate by dog etc.)
  • Shrinkage 
  • Stains from washing or using
  • Fading
  • Sale Purchases
