Returns

In some cases items just don't work out thats why you have 14 DAYS of receiving your item(s) to send your unworn merchandise back!

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Returns can be requested through your customer account and a shipping label will be provided and the label cost deducted from your refund.

Facebook & Instagram Orders:

If your order was placed through Facebook/ Instagram, do NOT process the return through our website. Please request the return directly through Facebook/ Instagram.

Website Orders:

We’re happy to help with your return! Excluding final sale items, any product that is unused and unwashed, in its original packaging with original tags, and has been delivered within the last 14 days is eligible for a return or exchange. Login to your account for self serve returns or ship eligible product back to Drip {1020 S. 250 E. Provo, UT. 84606}.

All Returns:

Returns must meet ALL the below criteria to be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unworn/unused
  • Product must be in original packaging with tags
  • Order must have been delivered within 14 days
  • Product must be in new condition (no hair/fur, odors, stains, or sign of wear)
  • Order cannot be FINAL SALE (see policy below)

Please inspect your item when you receive it as returns that don’t follow these guidelines won’t be accepted. Once we receive an eligible return, your return/exchange will be processed following inspection.
