I placed an order almost a month ago, received shipping confirmation, but have yet to receive the product. I have emailed customer service and sent a DM on Instagram, both of which have gone unanswered. I would like either a refund or a replacement shipped to me as it has been lost in transit, but I have not heard back. I was excited to receive this floaty for my son, but I’m left disappointed.
This is my favorite Floatie I've ever used. Love the buckles with the safety locks and the patterns. Love them!!!!
